Shuffling Off This Mortal Coil

This phrase for dying is from Shakespeare, spoken by Hamlet in the famous To Be, or Not to Be soliloquy. The exact quote is:
To sleep, perchance to Dream; Aye, there's the rub,
For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause.
In style this piece pays homage to the British artist Francis Bacon.
